This whisky is full, rich and smoky on the palate, with Sherry wine and spice notes. It is ideal for rich cocktails that benefit from a hint of smokiness, as well as variations on Scotch whisky Highballs. It is very enjoyable with just a splash of water or ‘on the rocks’ with lots of ice.
