Martin Miller's Gin has a full citrus taste with the juniper notes emerging half way through. It has a clean, soft finish, underpinned by warming cassia notes giving the gin a rather enjoyable depth. It has a richer, spicier feel in the mouth due to the more dominant taste of juniper at a higher proof.
