Estancia Raicilla is produced with the wild-harvested agave Maximiliana in the state of Jalisco. Estancia highlights the floral characteristics of the Maximillian agave and surfaces a bouquet of light citrus and floral aromas that are joined by notes of hibiscus, beach plum, and pineapple. Compared to its cousins, tequila, and mezcal, raicilla is the more floral and fruity of the three often referred to as the Gin of Mexico.
