Deep garnet in colour, the nose is blueberry, plum, leather, cured meat, and black pepper. On the palate, a well rounded attack of savoury fruit supported by fine-grained tannin through to the mid-palate where dark berry and bacon fat take over and carry through into the elegant finish. Beautiful acidity that maintains freshness and keeps the wine nimble on the palate.
